Welcome to RawNak. We provide webhook management and automation solutions for medium-sized businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the safeguards we apply.
Information We Collect and Use
When you register, we may collect account details such as your name, corporate email, company information, and billing information. We also process webhook data and payloads only as needed to receive, route, monitor, retry, and report on the workflows you configure.
Data Retention and Security
Webhook payloads and delivery logs are kept for the applicable plan period and deleted automatically. Data is encrypted in transit. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and do not sell your data to third parties.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask about your account information, request corrections, or ask about deletion and retention settings, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.
Roles, Legal Bases, and Service Providers
For account and website information, RawNak generally determines the purposes and means of processing. For webhook payloads and customer-provided data, you generally determine the purposes and instructions, and RawNak processes that data to provide the service. Depending on the context, processing may be based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent where required. We may use vetted providers for hosting, email, security, analytics, and payments, limited to what is necessary and subject to appropriate agreements.
Cookies, Transfers, and Incidents
We may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep the website and account secure and functional. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will provide the notices and choices required by applicable law. Providers may process data in countries outside your country or the EEA; where required, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism. If a security incident affects personal data, we will assess it and provide notices required by applicable law.
Your Rights and Complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Data retention
Webhook payloads and delivery logs are kept for the plan period: Trial 7, Starter 30, Growth 90, and Enterprise 180 days. They are deleted automatically every night. Account, billing, and audit records are kept as needed for security, legal, and accounting purposes.
Service providers
We use a hosting provider, Cloudflare for security and CDN, an email delivery provider, and payment processors for card and crypto payments. If we add AI-assisted support, the provider will be listed here before it is enabled.
