Subscriptions and Payments
RawNak offers services on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout.
Account Security and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, and access tokens. You must not use RawNak to transmit malware, conduct DDoS or other cyberattacks, bypass security controls, or knowingly process highly sensitive unencrypted data in violation of applicable law.
Service Availability and Changes
Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may perform maintenance, make changes, or temporarily limit a feature to protect the service. We are not liable for business losses arising solely from temporary downtime to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation and Policy Updates
You may cancel a subscription through the available account or billing controls. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will communicate material changes through the service or the account email where appropriate.
Customer Responsibilities and Data
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions associated with data you submit through the service, including webhook payloads and recipient information. You must have the rights and notices needed to process that data. You retain your rights in your data; RawNak receives only the limited rights needed to host, transmit, monitor, retry, and support the service. We may use aggregated or de-identified usage information to operate and improve the service where permitted by law.
Account Authority, Suspension, and Termination
If you accept these Terms for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, address non-payment, or comply with law. You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription through the available controls. After termination, data may be deleted or retained for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy or as required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Intellectual Property and Service Limits
RawNak and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. Except for the limited right to use the service during an active subscription, no rights are transferred to you. You must not reverse engineer, resell, interfere with, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you should maintain appropriate backups and operational safeguards.
Changes and Governing Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email where appropriate.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time from billing controls; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided except where required by law. A trial may be canceled without charge. Billing errors are reviewed within 14 days when reported through support.
Payment methods
We accept card payments when available. Cryptocurrency payments use USDT on the network shown at checkout and are arranged with support. Prices are in USD, and crypto payments are confirmed manually before activation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority where you live. The service is intended for business use.
