Why didn't today's orders reach my server?

RawNak2 orders, #8493 and #8494: your server has answered 503 since 09:40. RawNak keeps both and is still retrying, next try at 10:40. Want me to resend them once it's back?

Why not rely on the store's own retries?

  • Salla retries a failed notification about 3 times, roughly 5 minutes apart.
  • Zid retries after 1, 5 and 15 minutes. After more than 30 failures in an hour it marks the webhook broken, stops sending and drops pending events until a new URL is set.
  • RawNak receives every event and keeps it. It retries up to 9 times over 24 hours, and you can resend any event later from the dashboard or from your assistant.

    A RawNak page opens. Sign in, choose read only or read and changes, and click Allow.
